This video is to show you the correct way to set up the company mobile app with correct integration to your back office. The script below this video will give you an easier way to follow the steps and can be translated into any language.
Our company has a lot of details you can learn about the products and business, but for real success you need to register and properly connect our mobile app.
You can put all kinds of details into a cake like salt, milk, yogurt, extracts, fruits, and even vegetables, but without flour, eggs, and sugar, the cake will not come out like you hope.

Here are the necessary steps for success.
Register PROPERLY at the COMPANY website with your SPONSOR by watching the Register Video. If your sponsor’s name is not in the top left corner or does not say you are registering with “your sponsor’s name” then get back to your sponsor for your sponsor’s correct username.
Register your Username – something simple like “ABCcompany”. The username cannot have spaces which means a SINGLE word, should NOT be your email, and not include the “@” sign. You will need your username all over the websites so keep it simple to give to others. The app requires you to log in with the same username including case sensitivity.
Create a password you will NOT forget. Do not make it so simple someone on the internet will hack and steal all your money and order products for their family, friends or medical facility.
You MUST include a REAL email and REAL phone. The app WILL NOT work correctly without them.
Make sure you have completed your registration at the Company before proceeding to install the mobile app. The app is useless until you register online.
Now download the “Neumi” app from the android Play or Apple Store.
Log into the app with the EXACT username and password you used when registering with the company.
Make sure you are registering on the SAME phone that matches the phone number you registered with. You cannot use the app with more than one phone or phone number.
Make sure you use the SAME email as you registered with the company. Without the correct email, you will not be able to receive or send email with the app to your prospects.
Open your app you downloaded on your cell phone. Notice, at ANY time you open your app and see a message “There is an Update Available”, click that message and update your app. This is especially important the first time you use the app, or you will get errors.
Once in the app, at the top left you will see Home and Learn. Home is where you start and Learn is where you watch videos on how to use the system. There are a lot of details under the Learn tab, but you need to do the basic ingredients first and as soon as possible.
At the top right of the app, you will see a circle for your picture. Click the picture circle. You will see your profile picture if you have any, including name, email, and a QR code.
Note: Many people have errors when starting because they use or enter the wrong username and password, or have not set up their main company information correctly prior to downloading the app. In these cases, if you have errors in any of the procedures that follow, you will need to clear your cache then uninstall the app and reinstall the app. These errors usually occur with phone number entries and changing your website link to your username.
If you have errors, click the “General Information” link below then the “Clear Cache” arrow to clear your cache. Click the Back Arrow top left to return to your Profile with the QR code.
Below the QR code there is a Profile link arrow. Click the arrow.
On the Profile Page you can verify all your information is correct on your main website. This should include the correct name, email, and phone with country code. If your country code does not show +1 for the United States, you can enter 001 in front of your phone number to make it work.
You can click the “upload your profile photo” from your cell phone if you do not have a picture showing.
If you use your finger to scroll down you will see an “About You” field and a place to enter your social media information to link your app to other accounts.
Make sure you Click the Blue Save on the bottom if you changed anything.
Click the back arrow top left until you reach the Home Learn page.
Once again you see your picture, name, and MySite button on the top of the page.
Click the MySite button and it will take you to a page with a blue Preview button.
Just ABOVE the Preview button you will see https://app.neumi.com/my/xxxxxxx.
The xxxxxx will be some number that is coded to your app.
Click that code at the end of the link and edit the number in the box.
COMPLETELY erase what is in the box and put in your UserName you registered with, EXACTLY including case sensitive.
Now click Done on the bottom of your screen for Android or Return if on an iPhone.
If done correctly, that original code will be replaced with your username like
https://app.neumi.com/my/UserName
Some phones have a Save or Green Arrow button on the keyboard instead of Done. Many times, on an iPhone this will not work. If the name does not change then try clicking just above your username edit box. If you cannot get it to work, then you need to clear the Cache as stated previously.
Click the back arrow until you are back at the Home Learn page.
Click “Share” on the bottom left of your app.
At the top of the page will be Home or Explore, Uploads, Playlists, Products, Media, and Pages which are all details for later. You can scroll that list with your finger left and right.
Just make sure you select Home or Explore.
You should now see Customer Acquisition 50% off. Click it and you will see the big 50% off. If it does not show you may need to go to the links on top, Explore, Uploads etcetera and scroll to Pages.
In the top right corner click the three dots …
In the bottom of the next page, you will see “Add to” then click on “MySite”.
You can watch the Learn Videos for more information.
Click the back arrow until you are at the Home Learn page. You might need to click the Home link on the bottom left of your screen.
Now click the “MySite” button and then the blue “Preview” button.
If it worked it will open your browser on your cell phone to app.neumi.com with YOUR name at the top and the 50% offer.
Also, on the bottom right of your phone you will see a help bubble showing your picture and name with the words, “Have a question? Text me here?”
If done properly, when they click the blue offer, the page will ask them to click Claim Offer. Your prospect must enter their name and email and phone to proceed. This information will be sent you your email and a text message to your phone.
The final test is to close everything and go to this website uhave1.com using your username like:
https://uhave1.com/?rid=UserName where UserName is YOUR registered username.
If it goes to the website, press the “Trial Pack” link at the top of the page. If you are on a cell phone, click the three-dash hamburger button on the top of your cell phone then click the “Trial Pack”.
Now click the green Order Trial Button. If it all worked you will be on your app Neumi website with a 50% offer and your name in the top left corner of the website. It will say Neumi by Your Name.

Once you have done the main ingredients, log back into your app and watch the Learn videos. Your cell app is VERY powerful. If you integrate it with our other team sites you will be able to present any product or business information directly from your mobile app.
